About Poptart, the Webmaster

A decade ago, I was an 11-year-old kid nearing the edge of a reality-shaping event. There was going to be a class party at school that day. With the theme, “silly hats,” the party gave me the opportunity to let my creativity shine. Yet, despite my gifted artistic abilities, I did not go to school with a hat that was very imaginative, nor funny. I instead wore a Pop-tart box on my head. The crumbs in that box must have sucked through my scalp, scarring my brain for the rest of my life. I started hoarding Pop-tarts in my closet, I ate at least one pastry a day, for years I even went to school with an “emergency Pop-tart” in my pocket.

To this day, Pop-tarts remain a large part of my identity.

Fortunately, my brain has space available for other passions unrelated to Kellanova’s pastries. I am an artist, from birth and until death. My preferred medium is digital art, although I like traditional painting as well. I enjoy using my art as a tool to work alongside my writing. When it comes to writing, I like to make stories based off of my real psychological experiences. Also, I’m not allowed to die until I publish something that lasts beyond my age. God said so.

Technology is another strong passion of mine. I’m a university graduate, with a bachelor’s degree in IT focused on cybersecurity. Although, I don’t spend much of my time hacking. Lately I have been more interested in repairing old technology, programming, and developing a variety of games. My favorite coding language is Lua, but I can work with Python, C, and obviously HTML & CSS.
